4.10 Strategic Alliances
4.10.1 Adding Strategic Alliance
To add a Strategic Alliance section, click the Alliance link at the top of the edit window. Click on the Add Alliance button. Select the Company you wish to add in the Allied Company drop down. You can also type in a Company name to see if SmartTrak has it listed. Next, select the Alliance Type in the drop down. To add a link for reference, past it in the Reference box. Click the text button to endure the link works. If all products should be moved to this new Alliance in case of an acquisition, click the Add All Product button. Please check with the Analyst on record before you do this. To exit out and not save your changes, click the Cancel/Return button.
4.10.2 Any strategic alliances added here should also be added to the Company Overview page.
4.10.3 Any appropriate links to document the alliance should be included and linked to the verb in the sentence.
