6.1 Numbers

     6.11 Use commas in numbers with 4 or more digits (should read 3,219):

     6.12 Dates don't need a "0" in them (should read: 6/10/22):

     6.13 Use a space before and after greater than, less than signs (should read: > 90%; Tmax > 6):

     6.14 Use a hyphen when describing the pt count in a study or trial (should read: "63-pt study"), use a space before a unit measurement ( should read 1-5 cm):

UK’s NHS Trust completed enrollment in a 63 pt Phase I clinical study evaluating the use of acellular dermis in the management symptomatic, 1-5cm rotator cuff tears. Primary outcome is an evaluation of rotator cuff healing at 12 mos per MRI. clinicaltrials.gov

     6.15 In a series like this use hyphens for after each number (should read: "...disability at 1-, 2-, 6-, 9- & 12-mo f/ups":

A Europainclinics-sponsored 15-pt prosp cohort study will assess use of 10kHz SCS w/ the Senza SCS System to tx chronic pelvic pain based on pain & disability at 1, 3, 6, 9 & 12-mo f/ups compared to baseline. Est study completion is May 2025. clinicaltrials.gov
