We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Director of Sales to help us drive growth and deepen our relationships in the Ortho and Biologics industry.
What You’ll Do
As Senior Director of Sales, you’ll lead enterprise sales efforts across major orthopedic and biologics organizations. Your mission is to sell SmartTRAK’s suite of SaaS and intelligence solutions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders, while building long-term, strategic partnerships that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to close and beyond
- Identify and pursue high-value accounts and opportunities within target markets
- Communicate and demonstrate the value of SmartTRAK to decision-makers across departments (C-Suite, Marketing, Product/R&D, Business Development, Finance, etc.)
- Craft tailored sales proposals and close complex software and consulting deals
- Deliver engaging product demos and provide onboarding/training to key stakeholders
- Partner with Marketing to support campaigns and content that accelerate pipeline
- Drive platform adoption and long-term client engagement
- Travel as needed to strengthen client relationships (~35%)
- Actively contribute to SmartTRAK’s sales culture and team growth
What Sets You Apart
- 10+ years of experience, with in-depth knowledge of the orthopedic and/or biologics markets
- Senior Level Sales, Marketing, Business Development or other relevant experience
- A proven record of closing large, complex deals with C-level executives
- Strong consultative selling skills — you listen, solve, and build trust
- Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities
- A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and align value to business objectives
- Experience selling SaaS or data/analytics platforms is a big plus (not required)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
