We’re looking for a high-impact Enterprise Growth Executive to accelerate adoption of SmartTRAK’s analytics platform and expand our strategic footprint in the Orthopedics industry.

What You’ll Do

As Senior Director, you will drive enterprise growth by selling SmartTRAK’s SaaS-based data, analytics, and intelligence solutions to senior executives across the Medtech value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi-year, complex deals.
  • Target senior executives in Strategy, Commercial, R&D, Market Access, Business Development, and Finance to position SmartTRAK as a trusted decision-support partner.
  • Leverage industry expertise to communicate how data-driven insights impact portfolio planning, product innovation, market entry, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop account strategies for the top orthopedic organizations, identifying high-value opportunities and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Partner with marketing to align campaigns, thought leadership, and events that generate demand and accelerate pipeline.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and executive-level presentations showcasing SmartTRAK’s analytics value.
  • Drive adoption, renewals, and long-term client success through strong consultative partnerships.
  • Travel (~35%) to meet with senior stakeholders and strengthen relationships.

What Sets You Apart

  • 10+ years of experience selling data, analytics, SaaS, or market intelligence solutions in MedTech or adjacent healthcare industries.
  • Background with leading insights and analytics companies such as IQVIA, Clarivate or Definitive Healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with C-suite executives.
  • Deep knowledge of the orthopedics markets (preferably spine) with an established network.
  • Strong consultative selling skills — you know how to listen, identify pain points, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to align solutions with client business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
